Niall joined Congo Initiative in October 2025 and brings with him over 25 years of experience in the design, marketing, and communications industry, having worked with several large corporate organisations.

Niall is married to Pamela, and they have three lovely daughters: Grace, Erin, and Miriam. Niall met Pamela at school, and they have been together ever since.

Niall studied for a degree in Visual Communications at Belfast Art College, while Pamela trained as a teacher. Both are actively involved in church organisations and groups, and they are heavily engaged in community sport, working with hundreds of children every week.

Niall worked for over 12 years as Communications and Marketing Manager for a large all-Ireland agricultural cooperative with interests across a wide range of sectors. During this time, he led the community, charitable, and corporate responsibility programme, supporting, coordinating, and helping to raise funds for several charities across the island of Ireland and in Africa.
