Agri Business Management Programme

The Agri programme focuses on applied economics and management in agriculture, with particular emphasis on agri-preneurship, agricultural value supply chains (production, processing, and commercialization), combined with a large focus on sustainable and rural development.

It is offered at two academic levels:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (4 years)

  • Master’s Degree (2 years)

Key areas covered in the programme include:

  • Agricultural Economics

  • Farm and Agribusiness Management

  • Agri-preneurship and Business Planning

  • Value Chain Analysis

  • Agricultural Marketing

  • Food Processing and Transformation

  • Cooperative Management

  • Internship and Field-Based Learning

Employability

Self-employment: Entrepreneurship (farming, food processing, crop marketing, etc.). At least 10 of our alumni have started successful agri-business enterprises

Employment: Most will be employed by agribusiness companies (including agricultural cooperatives). A number of our alumni are employed in reknowned companies and organisations (NGOs, etc.)
